16.01.2019: – It is a family dispute. Both parties are a legally wedded spouse. When the matter came to the knowledge of the Trust, the Trust attempted conciliation between the parties, but the relationship between the parties could not be restored. And lastly, it was agreed between the parties that the Husband shall pay Rs. 75,000.00 (through cheque) to his wife as one-time settlement amount for future maintenance and also agreed to return all the Shtridhan to his wife and both the parties will file a Consent Divorce Petition before the family court Muzaffarpur. The effort of the trust saved precious time of the court. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
