02.02.2019: – It is a criminal dispute. The fact of the dispute is that the a social worker (accused in the case) came at the clinic of the Informant (doctor) for sonography test of his wife and on an typographical error in the report of “sonography test” the dispute arose between the parties culminated case and counter case. No doubt the doctor who had conducted sonography test is one of the eminent doctors in Muzaffarpur Town and the accused in the case is a social worker. The learned advocate for the social worker namely Mr. Kamlesh Kumar contacted the trust for initiating compromise between the parties. The trust decided to contact the father of the doctor who is an Ex. MLC. The trust after taking prior appointment from him decided to meet him at his resident. On schedule date and time, the secretary of the trust, the social worker and learned advocate Mr. Kamlesh Kumar went to the resident of the father of the doctor. With the intervention of him the matter is settled. Both the parties agreed to file compromise the case namely Brahmpura PS case No. 289/2016 pending the court in Sub-Judge 06th Muzaffarpur.
The effort of the trust helped the court in disposing of the case on compromise. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
